Jahmon Allen is a Senior Interdisciplinary Studies student at North Carolina Central University in Durham, N.C. His interest in marketing and public relations was inspired during his sophomore year in high school when he participated in a documentary filmmaking summer camp at the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University. It was also during this time that he developed an interest in photography, and began to fill-in for his father, for both family and commercial events.
Besides honing his skills as a photographer, Jahmon also developed an interest in writing, often assisting his sister transcribe their father's interviews. Jahmon
